California Space Enterprise Strategic Plan, 2004
This update of the Plan began this past December when the California Space Authority (CSA) established the Space Enterprise Advisory Council (SEAC) to support the CSA Board of Directors and oversee a three-month process culminating in the new "California Space Enterprise Strategic Plan". Huge Rocket Component Test Stand Completed
Ribbon is Cut at 2-A!
Test Stand 2-A is the only DoD stand capable of performing full-scale rocket thrust chamber development testing in the 750-thousand pound of thrust class. Its primary use is for the development testing of advanced rocket engine turbomachinery and combustion components, but it can be used for numerous high pressure and flow-rate propulsion systems.

First Responders joined the California Space Authority (CSA) and representatives of the Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS) at real time demonstrations of mobile satellite communications applied to accessing law enforcement data. ARJIS is an innovative system that shares criminal justice information among fifty local, state and federal agencies in San Diego and Imperial counties.
