"Whereas, large clusters of space enterprise activity take place in California, making the State one of the few jurisdictions in the world enjoying end-to-end space capability: space research and design, spacecraft manufacture, space transportation, on-orbit operations and delivery of space enterprise services…"

At the invitation of the California Space Authority (CSA), California county governments, space-strategic cities and economic vitality support organizations statewide are being asked to consider adoption of space enterprise resolutions emphasizing support of space enterprise attraction, development and retention. Here are two sample/draft versions: cities/counties/districts, and educational.
