NRO/OSL Looking for Satellite Launch Ideas
On October 1, 2004, the National Reconnaisance Office's (NRO) Office of Space Launch (OSL) released a Broad Area Announcement (BAA) containing the following research interests:
Parts Certification and Qualification
Advanced Launch Vehicle Technologies for Operationally Responsive Space Launch
New Approaches for Secondary Payloads
Proposals are due November 29, 2004.
