Commercial Space Bill Wins Final Approval from Congress
In its last action before adjourning, the Senate gave final approval to the House Science Committee's Commercial Space Launch Amendments Act of 2004 (H.R. 5382), sending the bill to the President, who is expected to

Congressional Support of Vision for Space Exploration Cheered by Coalition
The nation's Vision for Space Exploration received a major vote of confidence today when Congress gave final approval of the FY2005 spending bill that includes money for NASA to resume Space Shuttle operations, continue assembly of the International Space Station as an exploration research outpost, and to actively pursue plans to send robots and humans back to the Moon, on to Mars and beyond. http://www.californiaspaceauthority.org/html/government_pages/pr041206.html
