California Space Authority Strategic Alliances
California Space Authority (CSA) has established a strategic alliance with the East San Diego County Economic Development Councils to more effectively offer its flagship program Connectory.Com® Buyer-Supplier Network to CSA members, and to provide better visibility to California Space Authority members and stakeholders to government program managers and acquisition chiefs. The alliance will provide for a “space” portal within the Connectory.com website, facilitating inquiries for space-related products, services and components. In return, CSA will help the Connectory with its statewide outreach to California aerospace companies. CSA and the Connectory will also benefit from use of the other's ability to provide “drop-in” satellite office space in a different region of California.
The South Bay Economic Development Partnership and the California Space Authority have a strategic alliance which provides for joint promotion and support of South Bay space companies, installations and workforce. For a nominal fee, CSA is able to maintain a South Bay presence and have access to a South Bay (Los Angeles) location for small meetings as well as telephone and computer use when in the region.
